What ddx PMO does

ddx PMO listens to the communications around a project and turns them into something you can actually use:

  1. Inputs flow in — email, meeting transcripts, uploaded documents, Slack, ClickUp.
  2. Each item is classified into the right register — risks, issues, decisions, actions, stakeholders, meetings, financials.
  3. Items become canonical artefacts that are de-duplicated and related to one another.
  4. Everything projects into a knowledge graph you can browse, ask questions of, and roll up into project, programme, and client health.

You don’t file things by hand — you connect your sources and the platform keeps the registers, the graph, and the health picture up to date.
