Create a project

A project is the main container in ddx PMO. It owns its own registers (risks, issues, decisions, actions, stakeholders…), its inbox of incoming communications, and its knowledge graph.

From Projects, choose New project and fill in:

  • Name and code — the code is a short identifier you’ll see on badges and in lists.
  • Client / contracting organisation — start typing to pick an existing organisation, or create one inline.
  • Asset (optional) — the thing the project is about (for example a property or site), linked to its owning organisation.

When you create the project you’re taken straight into onboarding, so you can choose how the project works and bring your existing data in.

Each project has a phase that you set as it progresses:

The phase appears as a badge in the projects list alongside the project’s health.

If you open a project link and get a “no access” message, you’re almost always signed in with the wrong account — project access is granted per person. Ask a project manager to add you to the project’s Team (in the project’s Settings).
