Workspace operations

Workspace operations shows the state of work that affects your whole workspace rather than one project. You reach it from Workspace operations in the Admin part of the sidebar.

Deleted-project file erasure

When a project is deleted, its stored files are erased in the background, usually within a few minutes. This panel says whether any are still waiting. When nothing is waiting it is a single grey line.

If the panel turns red, some files could not be erased after repeated attempts. Those bytes have outlived the project they belonged to and need clearing by hand, so contact ddx support. Don’t tell a client their data is gone until the panel reads zero.

Graph and identity jobs

This page used to have four buttons: Re-project into the graph, Reconcile graph, Backfill user emails and Backfill stakeholder links. Each one ran across every workspace on the deployment, not only yours, so they are no longer run from a workspace. ddx runs them when a system change needs it.

You don’t need to do anything to keep the graph in step. It reconciles itself once an hour, and people are matched to their stakeholder records as their email addresses change.
