Project workload

このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。

The Project work page (in the sidebar as Workload) is one project’s board of outstanding action items — things someone needs to do. It’s the team view: who owes what, due when. The cross-project version of the same board, scoped to just you, is My work.

Most action items are inferred from your communications — extracted from email, meetings, and chat, then assigned to people. The project’s tasks are here too: each is owned by a company, and shows that company’s name on its row. Only open and in-progress items appear; completed, archived, superseded, and deduplicated ones drop off.

The board is grouped by when each item is due:

  • Overdue — past its due date.
  • Today, then a section for each of the next six days — a rolling week. An empty weekday still shows “Nothing due” (a clear day is information). Empty weekend days are hidden.
  • Later — due more than a week out.
  • No due date — items with no date set.

Within a section, items sort by due date (then title). Each section collapses on its own.

A task whose company has reported a forecast or a % complete shows them on its row, beside the due date: Forecast 5 Oct 2026 (+4d) · 60%, in red with how late when the forecast is after the due date (the full sentence is in the hover). The due date still decides the section. See Forecast and % complete. My work does not show them.

If you can see the whole team (see below), a row of filter chips appears:

  • All — every outstanding item on the project.
  • Mine — items owned by you.
  • Unassigned — items nobody owns: no person and no company.
  • One chip per person — each owner, with a count. This includes external contacts who own work but don’t sign in, alongside team members.

There’s also a quick filter box that narrows the visible board instantly by title, code, person’s name or company name. The chips are applied on the server; the quick filter runs in the browser over what’s already loaded. Both only change what’s shown — they never add or remove work.

Below the person chips, a Companies row has one chip per company that owns outstanding tasks, busiest first, named the way the Tasks page names it (STL · Strickland). Choosing one shows everything that company owns, bucketed by due date like the rest of the board.

  • A company’s chip counts the same tasks the Tasks page shows when you set Owner to that company — open and WIP, on every list, including lists a delivery partner made. The Tasks page shows one list at a time, so add up its tabs to compare.
  • A task a company owns that has also been given to a person counts under both: the company’s chip and the person’s. So the chips add up to more than All.
  • A task a company owns is never Unassigned, even if no person is named on it.
  • A company that isn’t on the project still gets a chip if it owns work — for example a company created by merging a to-do list that has no role or partner space here, or a partner whose space was revoked. Its chip has a small mark; hover it to see why. An archived company is marked the same way. Add the company under Team or Partners before giving it new tasks.

If you have permission to edit action items on the project (or you’re an org admin), each row gains a Complete button to mark it done. A task a company owns has no Complete button: it closes on the Tasks page with a note. Its company chip opens it there.

To clear several at once, use the toolbar:

  • Select all ticks every item across every bucket, not just one section.
  • Tick individual rows, then Mark N complete.
  • Clear drops the selection.

Changing the filter or the quick-filter text clears any selection, so a batch action only ever touches what you can currently see.
