Notifications

このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。

Two notices go to people about their own work across every project they can see:

  • Your daily work summary: overdue and upcoming tasks, once a day.
  • What is due on your next working day: a short heads-up the day before.

Because they cover every project, no single project’s settings can switch them off. Org admins switch them off for the whole workspace under Admin → Notifications.

Each notice has two switches, one for Email and one for In the app. They are separate, so you can stop the emails and keep the copy in each person’s in-app feed.

Click Turn off next to the channel. It takes effect from the next send:

  • If the notice has already gone to someone today, turning it off does not recall it.
  • If it was held back for someone earlier today, turning it back on may not send them today’s copy. Everyone is back to normal from the next day.

The screen shows who last changed each switch and when.

On their own notification settings, the channel you turned off shows turned off for everyone by a workspace admin in place of its checkbox.

People can still turn their own copy off on any channel you leave on. Turning a channel off here does not change anyone’s own choice. If you turn it back on, anyone who had already switched it off for themselves stays switched off.

Notices about a single project are set on that project, under Settings → Notifications. That includes a file issued or shared, a transmittal, and the task reminders and weekly task summary. A project admin controls those.

Only org admins can open Admin → Notifications.

A notice stays in someone’s in-app feed for a year, and the record of each email sent for a year too; then they are deleted (see how long things are kept).
